وَمَن لَّا يُجِبْ دَاعِىَ ٱللَّهِ فَلَيْسَ بِمُعْجِزٍ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَيْسَ لَهُۥ مِن دُونِهِۦٓ أَوْلِيَآءُ ۚ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ فِى ضَلَـٰلٍ مُّبِينٍ
Wa mal laa yujib daa'iyal laahi falaisa bimu'jizin fil ardi wa laisa lahoo min dooniheee awliyaaa'; ulaaa ika fee dalaalim mubeen
Those who fail to respond to God’s call cannot escape God’s power anywhere on earth, nor will they have any protector against Him: such people have clearly gone far astray.
Whoever does not answer the one who calls to God cannot thwart him on earth, and has no protectors apart from him. Such people are in clear error.
