أَفَنَضْرِبُ عَنكُمُ ٱلذِّكْرَ صَفْحًا أَن كُنتُمْ قَوْمًا مُّسْرِفِينَ
Afanadribu 'ankumuz Zikra safhan an kuntum qawmam musrifeen
Should We ignore you and turn this revelation away from you because you are insolent people?
Shall we then withhold the reminder from you because you are a people given to excess?
