Surah Ash-Shuraa — 42:33

إِن يَشَأْ يُسْكِنِ ٱلرِّيحَ فَيَظْلَلْنَ رَوَاكِدَ عَلَىٰ ظَهْرِهِۦٓ ۚ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَـٰتٍ لِّكُلِّ صَبَّارٍ شَكُورٍ

Iny yashaaa yuskinir reeha fa yazlalna rawaakida 'alaa zahirh; inna fee zaalika la Aayaatil likulli sabbaarin shakoor

if He willed, He could bring the wind to a standstill and they would lie motionless on the surface of the sea- there truly are signs in this for anyone who is steadfast and thankful-

If he wills, he stills the wind, and they lie motionless upon its surface. In that are signs for every patient, grateful soul.
