لَهُۥ مَقَالِيدُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۖ يَبْسُطُ ٱلرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَقْدِرُ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمٌ
Lahoo maqaaleedus samaawaati wal ardi yabsutur rizqa limany yashaaa'u wa yaqdir; innahoo bikulli shai'unw wa Huwas Samee'ul Baseer
The keys of the heavens and the earth are His; He provides abundantly or sparingly for whoever He will; He has full knowledge of all things.
To him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth. He extends provision to whom he wills and restricts it. Indeed, he has knowledge of all things.
