هُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُحْىِۦ وَيُمِيتُ ۖ فَإِذَا قَضَىٰٓ أَمْرًا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ
Huwal lazee yuhyee wa yumeetu fa izaa qadaaa amran fa innamaa yaqoolu lahoo kun fa yakon
It is He who gives life and death, and when He ordains a thing, He says only ‘Be’ and it is.
It is he who gives life and causes death. When he decrees a matter, he only says to it, "Be," and it is.
