أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَعَنَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ ۖ وَمَن يَلْعَنِ ٱللَّهُ فَلَن تَجِدَ لَهُۥ نَصِيرًا
Ulaaa'ikal lazeena la'ana humul laahu wa mai yal'anil laahu falan tajida lahoo naseeraa
Mereka itulah orang yang dikutuk Allah. Barang siapa yang dikutuk Allah, niscaya kamu sekali-kali tidak akan memperoleh penolong baginya.
Those are the ones God has cursed, and whoever God curses — you will find for him no helper.
The verdict answers a verdict: the line before has these people ruling on who is better guided, and this one rules on them. Laʿana is a word for driving someone off and keeping them at a distance, so the consequence is put in terms of a missing naṣīr, someone to take your side. In a setting where a person without a protector had no standing, that is the sharpest available way to say it.
