مَن يَأْتِيهِ عَذَابٌ يُخْزِيهِ وَيَحِلُّ عَلَيْهِ عَذَابٌ مُّقِيمٌ
Mai yaateehi 'azaabuny yukhzeehi wa yahillu 'alaihi 'azaabum muqeem
who will suffer humiliation, and on whom a lasting torment will descend.’
who it is that a punishment will come upon, disgracing him, and upon whom a lasting punishment will settle.
