Surah Sad — 38:36

فَسَخَّرْنَا لَهُ ٱلرِّيحَ تَجْرِى بِأَمْرِهِۦ رُخَآءً حَيْثُ أَصَابَ

Fasakhkharnaa lahur reeha tajree bi amrihee rukhaaa'an haisu asaab

So We gave him power over the wind, which at his request ran gently wherever he willed,

So we made the wind subservient to him, flowing gently at his command wherever he directed,
