إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا فِىٓ أَعْنَـٰقِهِمْ أَغْلَـٰلًا فَهِىَ إِلَى ٱلْأَذْقَانِ فَهُم مُّقْمَحُونَ
Innaa ja'alnaa feee a'naaqihim aghlaalan fahiya ilal azqaani fahum muqmahoon
[It is as if] We had placed [iron] collars around their necks, right up to their chins so that their heads are forced up
Indeed, we have placed shackles on their necks reaching to their chins, so their heads are forced upward.
