وَإِن نَّشَأْ نُغْرِقْهُمْ فَلَا صَرِيخَ لَهُمْ وَلَا هُمْ يُنقَذُونَ
Wa in nashaa nughriqhum falaa sareekha lahum wa laa hum yunqazoon
If We wished, We could drown them, and there would be no one to help them: they could not be saved.
And if we willed, we would drown them — no one to answer their cry, and no rescue for them
