قُلْ إِنَّ رَبِّى يَقْذِفُ بِٱلْحَقِّ عَلَّـٰمُ ٱلْغُيُوبِ
Qul inna Rabbee yaqzifu bilhaqq 'Allaamul Ghuyoob
Say, ‘My Lord hurls the Truth down [before you]. He has full knowledge of all that is unseen.’
Say: my Lord hurls down the truth — the Knower of all that is unseen.
Qadhafa is a verb of throwing with force, used at 20:39 of a chest cast into the river and at 21:18 of truth hurled at falsehood until it shatters. Here the throw is left unattributed until the last two words, which name the thrower as the one who knows everything hidden, and the line after this reports the impact.
