وَدَاعِيًا إِلَى ٱللَّهِ بِإِذْنِهِۦ وَسِرَاجًا مُّنِيرًا
Wa daa'iyan ilal laahi bi iznihee wa siraajam muneeraa
as one who calls people to God by His leave, as a light-giving lamp.
and as one who calls to God by his permission, and as a luminous lamp.
