Surah As-Sajdah — 32:8

ثُمَّ جَعَلَ نَسْلَهُۥ مِن سُلَـٰلَةٍ مِّن مَّآءٍ مَّهِينٍ

Thumma ja'ala naslahoo min sulaalatim mim maaa'immaheen

then made his descendants from an extract of underrated fluid.

Then he made his offspring from an extract of a lowly fluid.
