أَفَمَن كَانَ مُؤْمِنًا كَمَن كَانَ فَاسِقًا ۚ لَّا يَسْتَوُۥنَ
Afaman kaana mu'minan kaman kaana faasiqaa; laa yasta woon
So, is someone who believes equal to someone who defies God? No, they are not equal.
Is the one who believes like the one who defies God? They are not equal.
