ٱللَّهُ يَبْسُطُ ٱلرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِۦ وَيَقْدِرُ لَهُۥٓ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمٌ
Allaahu yabsutur rizqa limany yashaaa'u min 'ibaadihee wa yaqdiru lah; innal laaha bikulli shai'in Aleem
It is God who gives abundantly to whichever of His servants He will, and sparingly to whichever He will: He has full knowledge of everything.
God extends provision to whom he wills among his servants, and restricts it for whom he wills. Indeed, God is fully aware of everything.
