بَلْ هُوَ ءَايَـٰتٌۢ بَيِّنَـٰتٌ فِى صُدُورِ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا۟ ٱلْعِلْمَ ۚ وَمَا يَجْحَدُ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَآ إِلَّا ٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَ
Bal huwa aayaatum baiyinaatun fee sudooril lazeena ootul 'ilm; wa maa yajhadu bi aayaatinaa illaz zaalimoon
But no, [this Quran] is a revelation that is clear to the hearts of those endowed with knowledge. No one refuses to acknowledge Our revelations but the evildoers.
Rather, it is clear signs in the hearts of those who have been given knowledge. None reject our signs but the wrongdoers.
