وَلَمَّا بَلَغَ أَشُدَّهُۥ وَٱسْتَوَىٰٓ ءَاتَيْنَـٰهُ حُكْمًا وَعِلْمًا ۚ وَكَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِى ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ
Wa lammaa balagha ashuddahoo wastawaaa aatai naahu hukmanw wa 'ilmaa; wa kazaalika najzil muhsineen
When Moses reached full maturity and manhood, We gave him wisdom and knowledge: this is how We reward those who do good.
When he reached his full strength and maturity, we gave him wise judgment and knowledge. This is how we reward those who do good.
