فَجُمِعَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ لِمِيقَـٰتِ يَوْمٍ مَّعْلُومٍ
Fa jumi'as saharatu limeeqaati Yawmim ma'loom
The sorcerers were [to be] assembled at the appointed time on a certain day
So the sorcerers were gathered for the appointed time of a known day.
