وَلَوْ نَزَّلْنَـٰهُ عَلَىٰ بَعْضِ ٱلْأَعْجَمِينَ
Wa law nazzalnaahu 'alaa ba'dil a'jameen
If We had sent it down to someone who was not an Arab,
Had we sent it down to one of the non-Arabs,
