Surah An-Nur — 24:15

إِذْ تَلَقَّوْنَهُۥ بِأَلْسِنَتِكُمْ وَتَقُولُونَ بِأَفْوَاهِكُم مَّا لَيْسَ لَكُم بِهِۦ عِلْمٌ وَتَحْسَبُونَهُۥ هَيِّنًا وَهُوَ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ عَظِيمٌ

iz talaqqawnahoo bi alsinatikum wa taqooloona bi afwaahikum maa laisa lakum bihee 'ilmunw wa tahsaboo nahoo haiyinanw wa huwa 'indl laahi 'azeem

When you took it up with your tongues, and spoke with your mouths things you did not know [to be true], you thought it was trivial but to God it was very serious.

when you passed it along on your tongues, speaking with your mouths what you had no knowledge of, treating it as a small thing — though before God it was immense.
