إِنَّهُۥ مَن يَأْتِ رَبَّهُۥ مُجْرِمًا فَإِنَّ لَهُۥ جَهَنَّمَ لَا يَمُوتُ فِيهَا وَلَا يَحْيَىٰ
Innahoo mai yaati Rabbahoo mujriman fa inna lahoo Jahannama laa yamotu feehaa wa laa yahyaa
Hell will be the reward of those who return to their Lord as evildoers: there they will stay, neither living nor dying.
Whoever comes to his Lord as a guilty offender, for him is jahannam — where he neither dies nor lives.
