فَتَوَلَّىٰ فِرْعَوْنُ فَجَمَعَ كَيْدَهُۥ ثُمَّ أَتَىٰ
Fatawallaa Fir'awnu fajjama'a kaidahoo summa ataa
Pharaoh withdrew and gathered his resources, then he returned.
So Pharaoh withdrew, gathered his scheme, and then came back.
