ثُمَّ لَنَحْنُ أَعْلَمُ بِٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ أَوْلَىٰ بِهَا صِلِيًّا
Summa lanahnu a'lamu billazeena hum awlaa bihaa siliyyaa
We know best who most deserves to burn in Hell-
Then surely we know best those most deserving to burn in it.
