حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا بَلَغَ بَيْنَ ٱلسَّدَّيْنِ وَجَدَ مِن دُونِهِمَا قَوْمًا لَّا يَكَادُونَ يَفْقَهُونَ قَوْلًا
Hattaaa izaa balagha bainas saddaini wajada min doonihimaa qawmal laa yakaa doona yafqahoona qawlaa
then, when he reached a place between two mountain barriers, he found beside them a people who could barely understand him.
Until, when he reached a place between the two barriers, he found beside them a people who could scarcely understand a word.
