حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا بَلَغَ مَطْلِعَ ٱلشَّمْسِ وَجَدَهَا تَطْلُعُ عَلَىٰ قَوْمٍ لَّمْ نَجْعَل لَّهُم مِّن دُونِهَا سِتْرًا
Hattaaa izaa balagha matli'ash shamsi wajdahaa tatlu'u alaa qawmil lam naj'al lahum min doonihaa sitraa
then, when he came to the rising of the sun, he found it rising on a people for whom We had provided no shelter from it.
Until, when he reached the place where the sun rises, he found it rising upon a people for whom we had made no shelter from it.
