وَقُرْءَانًا فَرَقْنَـٰهُ لِتَقْرَأَهُۥ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ عَلَىٰ مُكْثٍ وَنَزَّلْنَـٰهُ تَنزِيلًا
Wa quraanan faraqnaahu litaqra ahoo 'alan naasi 'alaa muksinw wa nazzalnaahu tanzeelaa
it is a recitation that We have revealed in parts, so that you can recite it to people at intervals; We have sent it down little by little.
And it is a Qur'an we have set out in parts, so that you may recite it to the people at intervals; we have sent it down stage by stage.
