Surah An-Nahl — 16:101

وَإِذَا بَدَّلْنَآ ءَايَةً مَّكَانَ ءَايَةٍ ۙ وَٱللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا يُنَزِّلُ قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّمَآ أَنتَ مُفْتَرٍۭ ۚ بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ

Wa izaa baddalnaaa Aayatam makaana Aayatinw wal laahu a'lamu bimaa yunazzilu qaalooo innamaa anta muftar; bal aksaruhum laa ya'lamoon

When We substitute one revelation for another- and God knows best what He reveals- they say, ‘You are just making it up,’ but most of them have no knowledge.

When we replace one verse with another — and God knows best what he sends down — they say, "You are only making this up." But most of them do not know.
