Surah Al-Falaq — الفلق

Chapter 113 of the Qur'an · “The Daybreak” · 5 verses · revealed in Makkah

1. 113:1 قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْفَلَقِ Say [Prophet], ‘I seek refuge with the Lord of daybreak
2. 113:2 مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ against the harm in what He has created,
3. 113:3 وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ the harm in the night when darkness gathers,
4. 113:4 وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّـٰثَـٰتِ فِى ٱلْعُقَدِ the harm in witches when they blow on knots,
5. 113:5 وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ the harm in the envier when he envies.’
