وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ لِيُهْلِكَ ٱلْقُرَىٰ بِظُلْمٍ وَأَهْلُهَا مُصْلِحُونَ
Wa maa kaana Rabbuka liyuhlikal quraa bizulminw wa ahluhaa muslihoon
Your Lord would not destroy any town without cause if its people were acting righteously.
Your Lord would never destroy a town unjustly while its people were setting things right.
