وَءَاخَرُونَ مُرْجَوْنَ لِأَمْرِ ٱللَّهِ إِمَّا يُعَذِّبُهُمْ وَإِمَّا يَتُوبُ عَلَيْهِمْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ
Wa aakharoona murjawna li amril laahi imaa yu'az zibuhum wa immaa yatoobu 'alaihim; wallaahu 'Aleemun Hakeem
And there are others held back, awaiting God's decree — whether he will punish them or turn to them in mercy. And God is all-knowing, all-wise.
