لِّيُنذِرَ مَن كَانَ حَيًّا وَيَحِقَّ ٱلْقَوْلُ عَلَى ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ
Liyunzira man kaana haiyanw-wa yahiqqal qawlu 'alal-kaafireen
to warn whoever is alive, and so the word is justly fulfilled against those who deny.
